2. Shipments and Returns
Important Notice: Local Shipping:
Middle Earth Olive Oil will ship packages anywhere unless there is a Free Shipping Promotion that excludes certain areas. Currently from November to December 31st 2017 we will provide Free Shipping anywhere outside of Pinellas County Florida zip codes. If you live within Pinellas County we provide Free Local Pickup on Monday 12 pm – 6 pm, Wednesdays from 11 am to 7 pm, Thursday 12 pm – 6 pm and Sunday 12 pm – 4 pm at 2144 Sunnydale Blvd. Clearwater, Florida, 33765. Please choose free pickup upon checkout and we will confirm by email that your product is ready. If you need shipping within Pinellas County please call (727) 797-1300.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Most of the items sold on this site are sold directly by Middle Earth Olive Oil Company or a directly affiliated company. Our shipping and processing fees are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.
Orders usually ship within two business days. The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If there is a problem with the item please call (727) 797-1300 immediately upon receipt to discuss the problem with Management. If an item is damaged 1) you may be asked to take a picture and email it to us so we can place a claim with the shipper, 2) Management may request the item be return to Middle Earth Olive Oil Company, 3) if Management requests a return Middle Earth Olive Oil Company will issue a call tag and 4) a replacement item will be shipped out within 2 business days. Management at Middle Earth Olive Oil Company values our customers and will work diligently to assure your satisfaction.

You do not have to sign up for an account to shop for products at Middle earth Olive Oil Company. However if you purchase items often and want our store to recognize you and your past purchases and to be able to track your purchases and shipments, then it is a good idea to sign up for an account. Middle Earth Olive Oil Company hates spam. We will not sell or give your information to any third parties except to process your purchase and shipping requirements.
